Wingmen Solutions has officially acquired a majority stake in Trifork Security, creating Denmark’s strongest Cisco and Splunk partnership.
Søborg, October 30th, 2025 – Following final regulatory approval and closing, Wingmen Solutions has officially acquired a majority shareholding in Trifork Security. With the transaction finalized, the two companies are joining forces and going to market as Denmark’s strongest Cisco and Splunk partnership.

Earlier this week, Trifork Security was recognized by Cisco as Denmark’s “Splunk Partner of the Year.” Together, Wingmen and Trifork Security form a unique technology partnership with both depth and breadth across Cisco’s full portfolio—strengthened by Trifork Security’s position as Denmark’s leading Splunk Elite Partner.
