Wingmen Solutions acquires majority stake in Trifork Security

Wingmen Solutions acquires majority stake in Trifork Security and becomes the leading Cisco and Splunk partner in Denmark.

Wingmen Solutions has entered into an agreement to acquire Trifork Security to bring together the strongest Cisco and Splunk competencies in the market. The partnership accelerates Wingmen’s growth and position toward becoming Denmark’s leading Cisco partner across all technologies. It is a milestone that also significantly strengthens Wingmen’s security business. 

Denmark, 19 August 2025 – Wingmen Solutions is acquiring a majority stake in Trifork Security, marking a significant strategic milestone. The partnership reinforces Wingmen’s vision of being Denmark’s leading partner for customers, employees, and Cisco. 

Wingmen’s strong capabilities in networking, cloud and AI, collaboration, security, and managed services are being enhanced by Trifork Security’s expertise. As Denmark’s leading Splunk Elite Partner, Trifork Security also operates one of the country’s most advanced Security Operations Centers.

Wingmen Solutions retains the option to acquire the remaining shares in Trifork Security in 2027, following the submission of the 2026 annual report to the Danish Business Authority. 

The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
